Prince on Birchwood

This is an 18" x 24" painting of Prince created with Unicorn Spit on Birch wood. After painting this piece with the combination gel, stain and glazed product called "Unicorn Spit", two coats of Tung oil and two coats of Polyurethane were applied. The Tung oil is used to lock the stain into the wood and the Polyurethane gives it a long lasting glow and protection. This is my very first completed painting using this product.
